The Gulfstream G650 has a truly astonishing performance what can be seen in the video. The G650 achieved an impressive short take-off distance at Bern Airport in Switzerland. The two powerful Rolls-Royce BR725 engines accelerate the G650 nearly to the speed of sound while cruising at up to 51,000 feet (15,500 m). The first Swiss registered G650 HB-IVJ has been given a special livery. It advertises for Baha Mar, the luxury resort of superlatives in the Bahamas. REVERSE THRUST The pilots engaged the reverse thrust during taxi to slow down the plane. Why didn't they use the wheel brakes instead?
